INTRODUCTION AND POLICY
This document outlines the Safeguarding and Child Protection arrangements as agreed by the National Executive Committee of the Handbell Ringers of Great Britain.
GENERAL CONSENT FORM
This general form shall be used for all children and adults at risk who join a handbell group. A form is required for all children and adults at risk in the group and it is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure its safe keeping.
CONSENT FORM FOR TOURS
This form is to be used when children and adults at risk are visiting away from their usual place of residence whilst undertaking tours. Further information is required in addition to that requested in the General Consent Form. The tour organiser is responsible for its safe keeping.
INCIDENT REPORT FORM
This form should be completed at the time or immediately following disclosure, but after all necessary actions have been taken. Please complete the form as fully as possible.
Photography / Filming Consent Form – For noting
This form is included in the 'General' and 'Tour Consent' forms and seeks permission for photographic and film images to be taken for use by HRGB for publicity purposes and for use in the Society’s Journals.
