Owing to the high number of teams expected you are asked to bring

the minimum number of tables required to accommodate your handbells.

You are asked to note that due to demands on floor space

it might not be possible to arrange for seating around your tables.

Seating will be available around the perimeter of the hall and/or on the stage.

Please indicate if you need to be near a power point.

Due to Health and Safety Regulations in place at the venue any

electrical equipment (e.g. CD players, keyboards)

must have a valid PAT test certificate.
